  • Cauliflower

  • Onion

  • Caviar

  • Sour cream

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    170 g

  • Cheese

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Dill

  • Lemon juice

  • Peppers red hot chilli

1. Here are the ingredients we need for baking in the oven. Pre-boil the cauliflower in salted water until soft (you can also cook it in batter), and then in the same broth until soft, boil the potatoes.

2. The fish fry a little on both sides in butter (or olive oil), adding spices.
