Julienne with Turkey and mushrooms
I know that on the website a lot of recipes for Julien, but suddenly my someone will like )))

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Nutmeg

    0.333 tsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The mushrooms and onions chop, fry lightly and lay on the cocotte.

Turkey fillet finely chop, salt, pepper to taste and fry in a pan. Place the cocotte.

Fry the flour in butter 2 minutes, Stirring, gradually add the cream, nutmeg and bring to a boil.

The resulting sauce pour the mushrooms with the Turkey, sprinkle top with grated cheese and put in oven for 5 minutes.
