Cooking
Pepper, carrots wash, peel and cut into dice, green beans cut into little pieces. (preferably when slicing to focus on the size of pasolink)
In a skillet heat a spoon of oil, put the carrots and green beans, fry 2-3 minutes and add soy sauce from Kikkoman Wok
Saute for 5-7 minutes to carrots have become slightly soft but not lost its groscost, turn off, leave to cool
Open cans, rinse beans, drain in a sieve, to separate the fish from the bones and divide into smaller pieces ( I have a photo not minced fish)
in a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the filling here I used soy sauce, "sushi and sashimi" from Kikkoman, thoroughly mix everything
In a large bowl ( I'm in the same skillet) mix the steamed vegetables, bell pepper, beans and corn, season with vinaigrette (you can add fish, I add it in the bowls)
Salad before serving, preferably cooling, I filed in the batch bowl. The salad was very hearty, tasty, fresh and the dressing gave it a special piquancy.
