Tried this salad once in a cafe Bosphorus in R. of Dagestan. It's called "Mexico". Said several times in my kitchen. I recommend the recipe.

Cooking
Wash rice, cook in salted water. Chicken fillet wash, boil in salted water, finely chop.
Prepare the rest of the ingredients: canned corn, sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes, parsley, salt, ground black pepper, mayonnaise.
Mix the rice and chicken.
Sweet pepper cut into small cubes and add to rice with chicken.
4 tbsp of canned corn pour to the salad mass.
3 tomatoes - cherry cut into small dice. about to melt with the other ingredients.
Add black pepper and salt.
Mayonnaise is white, mix well.
Put into the form, tamping it with a spoon. Send in the fridge for 30 -40 minutes.
After this amount of time, remove the pan from the refrigerator. To remove by pulling up. Garnish with half of tomato -cherry and a sprig of parsley.
