This dish is prepared from pork meat with added milk and walnuts. Perfect for the Christmas festive table and not only. Treat yourself and Your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

1. First we need to boil the meat until tender (~1ч20мин), adding spices and salt to taste. Drain the broth. Cool meat and broth.

2. Boil milk and cool it.

3. 1/3 Cup beef broth pour 30 g gelatin and leave for 40 minutes.

4. Slice the meat and put it into the form.

5. Broth with gelatin heated to dissolve the gelatin, not boiling. And pour the cooled boiled milk.

6. The resulting mixture pour the meat in shape. Spread the walnuts. And put in the fridge for 2-3 hours until fully cured.
