Biscuits
Another version of the famous chestnuts. I just have turned out more like hedgehogs... so let there be Christmas in honor of the upcoming holiday

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Essence

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Dried apricots

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Almonds

Cooking

Boiled yolks with margarine, add brown sugar and sour cream. Then add the vanilla and rum essence

Add the flour with the baking powder and knead the dough

Dried apricots mince. Of dough to make balls and inside putting a few dried apricots

Bake at 180 deg. 20 minutes

For the glaze, margarine, sugar, milk and cocoa to boil until a thick mass (10-15 minutes)

Dip each ball in chocolate and roll them in the crumb (I have a liver+waffles+coconut+almond nuts in General... all that was in the house). Frosting is not enough for 7 cookies
