Offer its own version of cooking this wonderful fish dishes: baked on the grill vegetables. This is my favorite summer menu, especially with spices TM Forester.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare the vegetables for roasting: peppers and tomatoes and leave them whole, eggplant, cut in half lengthwise (if the eggplants are small, you do not do this).

Cook the vegetables on the grate on the grill. Once hot, remove skin (pepper and seeds).

Cut the vegetables too finely. To chop the onion and herbs.

Stir, add spices for vegetables TM Forester and filling. Can be eaten warm (with toasted pita), and also let stand on the cold gets better.
