Grilled Caesar salad
Do you like Caesar salad? I have no doubt that like. And tried to fry? Unlikely. And I tried it. Removable drip tray grill from the company Forester and spice company Forester.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Spices

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Baguette

    0.25 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Parmesan

    0.5 cup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 tsp

  • Anchovies

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    0.25 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken fillet marinated in spices from the company Forester in a comfortable package with the lock.

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce except the olive oil and mayonnaise and whisk.

Gradually pour in the oil, at the same time whisking the sauce until the consistency of mayonnaise. Instead of raw eggs, add to the sauce 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise ready.

Chicken Breasts roast on a replacement pan-grill on both sides.

Baguette cut diagonally thinly and dry in the pan after the chicken.
