Cooking
From milk and semolina cook a thick porridge
Allow to cool to room temperature and add the eggs
Stir (if porridge is too thick beat with a mixer)
Put salt, baking powder, flour and mix again until smooth
Tablespoon put the dough in the pan with vegetable and fry from two parties
For the filling, boil the liver and grate on a fine grater, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil
Add mayonnaise and mix (salt, spices to taste)
One doughnut to put the stuffing
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream (if desired, add a clove of garlic)
Divide the cheese mass into two parts, one to add turmeric in the other and paprika. Smear this mixture to the top and sides chasers here (half will turn yellow, half red). Decorate as desired. Bon appetit!
