Description
I was posting here a recipe of salad with tuna and pickled onions. But today I decided to change the "form factor" and the filling. It turned out extremely unusual. It's all in the sauce. In it, I decided to add cheese, which gave the sauce a smoked flavor. Very tasty roll, I tell You -)) Yes, forgot to say, this is my first experience in "Roulettestrategy", therefore I ask strongly do not kick-)

Cooking
Here they are all my friends-helpers:
First, marinate the red onion. For this mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sunflower (olive) oil. Add salt, mixture of peppers, Basil and herbs. Salt. Lay the finely sliced onions, stir and put on half an hour in the fridge.
Put on to cook eggs for 15-20 minutes
Start to prepare vegetables. Finely chop the half bell pepper
Also finely cherry tomatoes
Three carrots, pickled cucumbers, finely cut
Here they are all assembled. Tomatoes mixed with peppers
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In Cup of blender put mayonnaise, mustard, sliced cheese and a little dill.
Blendium the mixture. Tried is very tasty sauce -)). You should get something like this:
Cooked eggs are cool, peel and finely chop. I slightly added some salt
Begin to assemble the loaf. Spread pita bread and grease it with sauce.
Now the peppers with the tomatoes. Take out from the refrigerator pickled onions on top and spread evenly on pita bread
And close the remaining chopped eggs
From a can of tuna drain off the juice, spread on a plate and dismantle tuna fiber
Spread tuna on pita bread
Gently roll the roulade and remove half an hour in the fridge
All in half an hour you can get to enjoy the taste. And Yes, pita is thin and the vegetables a lot and it is juicy. The roll gets soggy and breaks. So wrap the loaf in one pita bread or divide all ingredients in half and make two rolls. All good Appetite and, as usual - All ANGEL!
