Dessert for the opposers of fruit
Simple but very delicious dessert. Husband almost never eats fruit, but they go great and big and little men. This time I had kiwi, bananas, tangerines and apples, but, in my opinion, any fruit.

Ingredients

  • Kiwi

    2 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Red currants

Cooking

step-0
Kiwi and banana cleaned, cut into small cubes. From Apple down to the nitty gritty (if you want to clean, but we eat unpeeled) and cut into cubes. Tangerines, peeled and white veins, divide into slices, you can remove and tape (I'm not making - and then just chew nothing will:)), cut it into pieces. Gently mix all the fruit, leaving a bit of kiwi for decoration.
step-1
Separate the whites from the yolks. Send squirrels in the fridge. RUB the yolks with the sugar, add the cream or milk. Put on medium heat and bring to a boil stirring constantly. The cream will thicken slightly. Leave it to cool.
step-2
Chilled whites add a few crystals of salt (not a lot - we don't need salty cream!) and whisk in a solid foam. Add the cooled yolk cream and whisk.
step-3
Gently mix the fruit with cream and arrange in glasses.
step-4
Decorate with slices of kiwi and blueberry (I have a compote) or someone in that much)). Bon appetit!
