Cheesecake with nuts
Pie dough with a soft filling of cottage cheese with the addition of cashew nuts and almonds.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    450 g

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    3 Tbsp

  • Cashews

    3 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Softened butter to mix with sugar. Add sour cream, soda and flour . Knead the dough and put it in split form, greased. To form ledges for the filling.

Egg whites whipped with sugar powder and mix with powdered cheese. Add the raisins and nuts into cottage cheese.

Add the raisins and nuts into cottage cheese. On the dough evenly pour coconut and spread cheese mass. Optional top can be sprinkled with grated chocolate.

Bake at about 180 grams. 50 minutes.

Decorate with marshmallows, sent through a garlic press.
