Make our only: beat the egg with milk, add flour, mix until the consistency of sour cream srednicki. Add the rice, breadcrumbs, sunflower oil, salt, pepper, a mixture of bell peppers and knead well.
Formed lepeshechki and fry in a little olive oil.
Serve garnished with greens and fresh vegetables (I have a little carrot). Serve with soy sauce or mustard.
