Sour cream

Cooking
Pork cut into medallions, repel, salt.
Grate cheese on a fine grater, mix the sour cream (mayonnaise) sauce and cheese.
Mix the batter and the pieces of meat. To have "all this stuff" (sorry for this word, in another way this process is not called).
Breadcrumbs mixed with seasoning (mix).
To breaded pieces of meat.
Fried like medallions quickly. One is bad - the cheese melts and sticks a little. So turn gently.
