Fitness salad
The recipe for this salad was shared with me a girlfriend named Elena. It seriously goes in for sports and adhere to a proper diet that entails a balanced combination of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. I bring to your attention a salad, which is perfect as a dessert and bring your body exceptionally good.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Raisins pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes (I had a very large raisins).

Carrot RUB on a grater. Put in a salad bowl and add the vegetable oil.

Walnut lightly grind the knife.

Drain the raisins, allow to dry. In a salad bowl the carrots, add the raisins, nuts and honey. Stir and eat immediately.
