The recipe for this salad was written by me during the diet. It is very tasty and, despite the low calorie, nutritious. Can perfectly replace a complete lunch.

Cooking
Fillet of a tuna spread from the jar and separate it into small pieces. If there is bone – to remove.
Tomato cut into cubes with sides about 2 cm Lay out in a salad bowl.
Cucumber cut into similar to the tomato cubes with sides of 2 cm, Put in a salad bowl.
Dill finely chop and sprinkle it over a salad. In a small jar or small bowl mix the vegetable oil, honey and soy sauce. Stir until complete dissolution of honey. Pour dressing on salad and stir. Long term salad it is advisable not to leave, as the vegetables lose crispness.
