  • Tofu

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Soy sauce

  • Sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Cranberry

  • Walnuts

Cooking

Wipe tofu dry with a paper towel and Naseem into pieces about 0.5 cm thick. Sprinkle one side with spices ( to your taste, I have a mixture of peppers ).

In a pan pour sesame oil and put slices of tofu, spiced side down. Sprinkle top with the same spices and pour teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. I used the TM sauces "Kikkoman" sauce I poured "by eye", it should not be much.

Cook for about 2-3 minutes, then turn over and pour soy sauce and teriyaki sauce the other side. And cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Beets (raw) grate, add the vegetable oil and stir. We do it for what would be in the future, the beet is not very dyed other products.
