Green potato salad
Autumn simple, delicious and hearty salad. Traditional combination of lean products.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    200 g

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Frozen green peas boil in a small amount of salt water. So the peas are softer and sweeter than the canned.

Potatoes wash and boil.

Pickled cucumbers cut into cubes.

The cooled potatoes peel and cut into cubes.

Add the cooled peas to the potatoes with cucumbers.

Green onions, parsley and dill finely chop.

Add the greens to the salad.

In a separate container mix together the oil Oleyna with salt and balsamic vinegar (6%). Fill this mixture in the salad.
