Very simple and delicious salad that can easily replace dinner. Potatoes, mushrooms, pickled onions... what else is needed for happiness?

Cooking
For pickled onion: onion cut into thin half-rings. In a bowl, mix water, vinegar, dissolve salt and sugar. Place in prepared marinade half rings onion and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes. Then drain the marinade, the onions a little squeeze.
Boiled potatoes peel and cut into small dice.
Mushrooms cut into small pieces. If the mushrooms are small, they may not cut it.
In a bowl mix the potatoes, mushrooms and pickled onions.
Dill chop, add to salad, season with salt and pepper and fill with sunflower oil. Mix everything and serve. Bon appetit!
