Warm salad with potatoes and cornichons
Very tasty salad! My husband and I immediately ate all, although initially it seemed the servings are huge. The dressing is very tasty, just perfectly enhance the flavor of baked potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Gherkins

    6 piece

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    3 sprig

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

Potatoes thoroughly wash the brush and dry it with a towel. Wrap each in foil separately. Send in the oven 200C. for 45-50 minutes, until tender.

Onions and gherkins cut into strips, strips.

Prepare the dressing. Mix vinegar, oil, mustard, add salt and pepper. Vinegar you can use wine and white, or Apple. I have my own home, so I used it.
