The salad with fish platter
I want to offer you a recipe of salad with two different types of fish, this dish can afford to Post in the allowed fishing days.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Halibut

    80 g

  • Salmon

    80 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Greens

  • Water

    50 ml

A vinaigrette can boil the vegetables in the usual way. I want to share with you the easiest and quickest way of cooking vegetables for salad. Beets wash, peel, cut into small cubes. Take the convenient form (a plate, a pan) for microwave oven, put it in chopped beets, pour 1 tbsp. of sunflower oil "Oleyna" and 2 tablespoons of water, stir, put in microwave oven on maximum power (I have a 800 watt) for 2 minutes.

Carrots wash, peel, cut into cubes and put on top of beets (I have a special pan), put in microwave for another 2 minutes on full power.

Potatoes wash, peel, cut into cubes, put on top of the carrots and put another 6 minutes in a microwave oven at full power.

Onion peel, cut small cubes. Pickling in a solution of salt, sugar, vinegar and 50 ml of water.

Cooked vegetables allow to cool.

Halibut and salmon (I had salted salmon), cut into small cubes.

To boiled vegetables add chopped fish. Put diced pickles.

With Luke drain the marinade, put the onion in vinaigrette.

Prepare the dressing. In the remaining marinade add the mustard and remaining sunflower oil "Oleyna", stir.

Pour vinaigrette dressing and mix up.

When serving, decorate the salad greens. Bon appetit!
