I think if you take the savoury bananas(slightly unripe), this dish can be served as a side dish, such as chicken, and if the bananas are sweet, they can garnish with whipped cream and serve as dessert( as in my proposed recipe)
Ingredients

Banana

Yolk egg
3 piece

Coconut shavings
5 Tbsp

Butter
50 g

Cooking
Bananas clean, cut into slices with a thickness of about 7 mm.
Each slice of banana dipped in beaten egg yolk with two sides.
Then roll in coconut.
Fry the bananas in butter on both sides until Golden brown.
Garnish with whipped cream. Bon appetit!
