Pellet bow
Wanted to the pea soup of lepeshechki instead of bread... it is done.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

In a bowl sift the flour, add the salt, dry yeast and lightly fried in vegetable oil onion, add warm water.

Knead smooth elastic dough, leave to rise (for an hour), to cover, to not zavetrilos.

After an hour the dough has increased in 2 times

Now you have to press down dough, divide into 16 pieces, roll into balls, leave for 10 minutes (the dough rest)

Each ball roll out into a round cake (10-12 cm), not very thin.

Fry on a dry pan from both sides, 1.5 minutes on each side
