Cooking
The flour mix margarine grated grated, to sour cream, add soda slaked vinegar, stir with flour and knead the dough. The dough is like sand. And put in the fridge for 1 hour. Onion, potato peel and pass through a grater, mix with minced meat, adding salt and spices. Divide the meat into 25-30 pieces and make the oval.
Roll the dough into a thin layer for 2 mm., cut in stripes with a thickness of 2 - 3 cm.
Put in the tip of the stuffing and rolling.
Transfer to a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, decorate with sprinkled white sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven on average heat for 45 minutes.
