Very tasty, hearty, but healthy salad for weekdays (you can eat instead of a heavy dinner) and for the festive table! And a wonderful vinaigrette sauce, avocado - can be used as a spread on sandwiches!

Rice in packages TM "Mistral" cook in boiling salted water according to package, cool.

Salmon and cucumber cut into small cubes, onions chop.
