Cooking
Sponge cake: separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with 1tbsp. sugars, proteins with a pinch of salt.
To the yolks add the flour, soda, cocoa: mix everything. Gradually add the whites, gently interfering with them. Pour everything into a form and bake for 30min.
Here's a cake I came up with. The rose is very nice, then of course sat down for a bit....sorry.
Prepare the cream: Take the softened butter and condensed milk.
Shoot down everything with a mixer until smooth.
Add to the butter-condensed weight.
The pulp grind and mix with cream.
Cover with the other part and covered with glaze. For the frosting I on a steam bath dissolved 50 gr. chocolate (I had milk with nuts), 100 gr. powdered sugar, 50 gr. oil and 2-3st. liter of Milk, cook until thick.
Somehow decorated with cherries)
