Salad with ham and mushrooms
Delicious salad easy cooking.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Ham

    600 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    250 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

The basic necessary ingredients.

Potatoes wash, boil in their skins and leave to cool. My mushrooms arbitrarily cut and fry with a small amount of vegetable oil on high heat. In order that the mushrooms were roasted, not stewed, they needs to dry a little after washing and have to fry them on strong fire, then water will not stand out. Leave to cool.

The cooled potatoes peel, cut into small cubes.

Ham also cut into cubes.

And cucumbers there too:)

Greens finely shinkuem. Of the mandatory greens in this salad just dill, the rest optional. I took a small bunch of dill and parsley.

Spread the cooled mushrooms to the salad, add ground black pepper. For the filling - 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tbsp oil (I added olive, in the original recipe - sunflower). If not enough cucumbers - a little potseluem or add more. Mix and chill:)
