Pilaf with mushrooms in pots
Almost crisis pilaf :)

Ingredients

  • Figure

    3 cup

  • Chicken stomachs

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 pack

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Spices

Carrot coarsely chop the gizzard grind finely chop the onion fry the onion+ventricles+mushrooms

Rice wash and drain

In pots (I have a volume of 350 ml.) to evenly spread half of the rice on the rice spread fried gizzards with onions and mushrooms

Then again, rice (remainder)

The last layer of carrots

Salt and pepper preheat the oven to 200 gr.

Fill the pots with the broth

Pour into each pot cream

Cover with lids

40 minutes later... the pots are READY!!!
