Rice noodles with squid in Chinese
Rice "NOUILLES&a mp;quot; is noodles made from rice flour. With squid and vegetables in a Chinese sauce dish is quite nutritious and at the same time easy, spicy and fragrant, like many Chinese dishes.

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    200 g

  • Squid

    5 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Leeks

    0.333 piece

  • Ginger

    50 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Sherry

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

  • Vinegar

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

Cooking

Cleaned carcasses squid drop it into boiling water and after a few seconds pulls.

Prepare and clean the vegetables.

Garlic and ginger finely chop.

Leek and red pepper cut in large strips; celery slices.

In heated pan with oil, fry lightly the garlic with ginger (2-3 min), add leeks, pepper, lettuce and celery and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 10 min.

Add wine, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, pepper, saute for 5-7 minutes.

Add sliced thin half-rings, the squid and simmer for about 2-3 min.

In boiling water boil "NOUILLES" (10 min.), recline in a colander.

Mix with squid, sprinkle with sesame oil and serve.
