Banana puff pastries
Delicious cakes of flaky pastry with banana filling.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    1 pack

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Starch

    1 tsp

Divide the dough into 12 parts, each part put in a mold cake pan.

Bananas cut into pieces.

To separate the yolk from the white. Protein whisk in cool foam with 1/4 Cup sugar.

Grind the yolks with 1/4 Cup sugar and cinnamon, add cornstarch and 1 tablespoon whipped protein.

Sliced bananas spread on the dough in shape.

On top of the bananas, pour the yolk mixture.

Sprinkle whipped with sugar protein. Put in the oven on a low heat for 40 minutes

Here are the cakes turned out. Remove from the forms on the plate and serve.
