Cooking
Boil potatoes and mash into a puree (I used ready, remaining from yesterday's dinner), add the egg, salt.
In warm water dissolve yeast with a teaspoon of sugar and flour. Wait until the cap is formed. Olives cut into small pieces. Melt butter.
The potatoes with the egg coming up to add yeast, cream, buttermilk (can use milk), salt, two tablespoons melted butter, olives. Stir.
Add the flour and knead the dough. Flour may need a little more, but no need to score the dough with flour, it should remain almost feels sticky. Cover the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Grate the cheese on a small grater.
Thyme and rosemary along with the garlic finely chopped with a knife.
In the remaining melted butter, add the chopped garlic and herbs.
Of dough to make balls the size of a large walnut. The dough will be slightly sticky, so your hands periodically lowered into the flour.
Cake pan grease with oil. Each ball using a teaspoon to dip in oil / garlic mixture and then roll in the cheese.
The beads are put in the form of a circle almost right next to each other.
Continue in the same spirit, the second layer, until all the balls. If there's oil, pour it on top of the balls.
Put the form in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Leave the bread to cool in the form, then carefully remove having a knife along the walls of the mold.
Beautiful, delicious bread on the table, is there a reason to gather the whole family? However, no one to collect not have household they will come to the extraordinary aroma coming from the kitchen!
