Crostata with blueberries
Easy summer berry pie! Nothing extra - butter shortcrust base and lots and lots of delicious blueberries!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Blueberries

    200 g

Cooking

Softened butter, egg, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, mix until smooth.

Add flour and breadcrumbs.

Knead a soft dough, sprinkle with flour and put into the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Blueberries wash, slightly dry, mix with sugar.

In form 26 cm in diameter (I took the the form 24, my base thicker left) lay the Foundation. Remove the form with the base in the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Take out the base, put the blueberries and sprinkle with sugar. Return to the oven and bake until cooked for another 15-20 minutes.

Here's a cake I took out of the oven. Gave it a little cool in the form. Served still warm with a delicious sundae!
