Goose, stuffed with potatoes and prunes
My husband is a hunter and fisherman. Always in the fridge there are ducks and geese different fish. Decided to cook a stuffed goose.

Ingredients

  • Goose

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

Goose wash. Mix the salt and pepper mixture. RUB the goose with salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes. Wash the prunes. Stuff raw goose evenly with potatoes and prunes, but not too tight.
