Pork with prunes
Delicious and extremely flavorful dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    800 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Cognac

    50 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Prepared pork cut into medium-sized pieces and fry in vegetable oil.

When the liquid from the meat has evaporated add to the pork onion half-rings.

Pour pitted prunes with boiling water and leave for 15-20 min.

When the meat is browned along with onions, place it in a shallow container, sprinkle with salt/pepper (I'm still a little Sahara) and add boiling water about 3/4 of the total. Bring to a boil and simmer under lid until almost cooked.

For 20-30 minutes until cooked our meat in it add the cut up and pre-soaked prunes and 50-70 ml of cognac.

Literally 5 minutes until cooked add the chopped garlic. Not a lot of that flavor was, but a Supplement to, and not dominium in the dish.
