Ingredients

  • Carp

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Thyme

  • Oregano

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

  • Gherkins

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

Cooking

All that is needed for our carp.

Marinade for fish: oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper.

Pour lemon juice and leave to marinate for 15 min.

Cut the onion into half rings, strips of bell pepper, thin slices, chop the garlic. About half of the vegetables spread on a greased vegetable oil a baking dish or on a baking sheet

Add the spices Bay leaf and pepper.

On top of the vegetables and spices spread a layer of our carp.

Fish lay out the remaining vegetables and pickles.

Pour mayonnaise
