Cooking
Soak the gelatin to swell (40gr)
Take 1 Cup water 40g gelatine
Blend cheese, cream and vanilla sugar.
Swollen gelatin to warm to dissolve (do not boil) Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Then, add the gelatin slowly to the cheese mass, carefully all mix and immediately start to pour into the form.
On top put the strawberries (cut in half) And pour the remaining mass. Put in the fridge for 40 minutes.
The remaining gelatin (40gr) soak in two cups of juice. Swell, heated to boiling. Jelly to cool (to lukewarm)
Get a cake, put strawberries and slowly, tablespoon evenly pour the warm strawberry jelly.
Put in the fridge for 60 minutes. Our cake is ready.
So it looks like in the form of a cut.
