I use the meat "chicken of rjaba". Brachnoi on a grater or in a blender grind fresh cabbage: cabbage quantity = half the volume of meat.
I cut a couple of bulbs.
Stir the stuffing: minced chicken, cabbage, onion, egg, spices. Breading: mix the flour with the breadcrumbs. And fry the patties. They come out VERY juicy. My family wants now to eat pork cutlets.
