My kids eat for Breakfast mostly cereal balls, rings and so on. I decided a little to please them in the day such an unusual cake... I Wonder? Go, tell and show!!!

Cooking
First make the dough. Mix the softened butter with the flour and grind into crumbs. Add the egg yolk and stick a balloon. If you want you can add in a sugar dough, but I like fresh dough. Remove the bowl in the fridge.
Whisk the whites until foamy, add the jelly and whisk to a thick state.
Take the dough out of the fridge. Roll out. Move to the form. I have a split form with a diameter of 18 cm turn on the oven at 180*, heated.
Add the cereal to the protein mass.
Stir and put into the form.
Sprinkle the top with sugar and bake it in the oven. I have cane sugar in crystals.
Bake for about 25 minutes, guided by Your oven!!! The cake is ready!!! Take out from the oven, allow to cool a little.
Remove the marginalia of the form. And gently move on the plate. A nice Breakfast!!! I decorated the cake cocktail cherries!!!
