Cooking
Milk warm, add salt, sugar, oil and yeast. Mix well. Add the flour and knead the dough. Put the dough in a warm place until increased in volume by 2 times.
From this test it turns out 2 of bread. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. For one bread you will need 4 pieces. Every four piece roll out into a circle with a diameter of 15-20 cm. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
Each circle roll into a loaf. In the loaf pan on the bottom put 2 rolls.
And on top of them the remaining 2 rolls. Leave the bread for proofing for 20 minutes. Grease top of bread with egg yolk and bake it in the oven at 200 C until ready.
