Salad of chickpeas with apples and sweet peppers
Vivid, vitamin, juicy, light salad! And yet it's incredibly tasty and healthy! I never would have thought that a salad with chickpeas can be delicious, if not tried. Now prepare this salad quite often. Moreover, the chickpea is a protein-rich, low-calorie product.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Chickpeas pre-boil. To put it in a Cup.

Carrots and apples cut into strips. Add in a Cup of chickpeas.

Bell pepper cut into strips. To add to the other ingredients.

Mix well. Season with lemon juice, salt and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs. Stir again.
