Baked bananas with Indian nuts
Bananas roasted with Pinon nuts. Served them with fruit and ice cream. As a sauce used raspberry jam. A very delicious dessert!

Ingredients

  • Banana

  • Nuts

    30 g

  • Ice cream

    120 g

  • Jam

  • Mint

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Bananas cleaned and cut in half. In the pan put the parchment paper, and its bananas.

Bananas smeared whipped with sugar yolks.

40 grams cashew nuts fry on a dry pan and crushed. Sprinkle the bananas with chopped nuts. Yolks well they will hold. The pan with the bananas put into a pre heated oven to 200 degrees on the top level. After 12 minutes, the bananas were baked.

Two halves of a banana put in a bowl. Next to fruit and ice cream. Bananas and ice cream poured on top of raspberry jam. Decorated with mint leaves.

The purchase of ice cream cups. It's a little melted, and I moved it to silicon to form two cells. The form put it in the freezer.

A very delicious dessert! Sweet banana, a little sour kiwi and fragrant tangerine. Good combination with ice cream and raspberry jam. I will prepare for the New year for adults and children. ( Like the dessert my son and I ate at an Indian restaurant. )
