You will be able to buy it in any "Deli" - (so in abbreviated form called shops delicatessen, selling mostly sandwiches and drinks) from heartland to 5th Avenue in new York. There are many regional variants, and of course, recipes with different number of calories. I'll tell you how to make tuna salad, close to the fitness option!

Here is a set of products we need! Here tuna in water, not oil!
And don't forget the sweet onions, and capers. To make the sauce: mix the mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise and ricotta. Season with salt and pepper. If necessary, add more mayonnaise. I have a mayonnaise-based low - fat yogurt- 4.9% fat!
Finely chop celery, cucumber, onion, herbs, grate the carrots and chop the eggs. Add capers (optional)!
Crush the tuna with a fork into small pieces. Mix everything with the sauce.
You can upload as a separate salad and, if desired, garnish with caviar!!! To walk so to walk!
But I prefer the fitness sandwich as in the "Deli" in new York!!! Bon appetit!
