Potato balls with chicken stomachs
I wanted something to invent :) and here's what happened :) for fans of chicken ventricles :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

Cooking

The ventricles to wash and process (peeling unnecessary) mince

The potatoes and onions to clean and also to scroll in a meat grinder, add the egg and spices

Mix well put together this stuffing

Put it on the stove the vegetable oil in a saucepan and heated it, meanwhile, dashed buns (one bun 1 tsp minced)

Whipped in a bowl 2 eggs and dipped each bun

Roll in breadcrumbs

And fry in deep fat until Golden brown
