Fish-lentil pate
Rich and luscious pate of fish fillet and boiled lentils. Instead of lentils you can take other legumes.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    0.5 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Boil the fish fillet in salted water. Drain the broth and cool. Mash the fish fillet.

Pre-boil the lentils and remove the liquid from it.

Combine the lentils with the fish fillets. Add the nutmeg, salt, black pepper, garlic. Stir the paste until smooth. Before serving the pate and garnish with greens.
