Rolls of pancakes with carrot rice sour cream filling. Delicate pancakes on the crushed rice Krispies with flavored creamy carrot stuffed with garlic. Help yourself!

Cooking
First make the stuffing: cut onion into small cubes, carrots grate on a grater. Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil.
Add water and simmer until the vegetables are soft.
Grate on a fine grater cheese. The herbs and crush the garlic.
When the vegetables are almost soft and the water is almost evaporated, add the sour cream. Stir and simmer for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat and add the cheese, herbs and garlic.
To make pancakes: beat eggs with salt and sugar. Pour the warm milk and carefully stir with a whisk or with a mixer.
Sift the flour and put together with the powdered rice cereal into the dough. Stir with a fork. Then beat with a whisk or with a mixer. Add the oil and stir.
Spread some of the filling on the pancake and flatten. Top cover with the second pancake and just put the filling, level it.
To roll the pancakes into a tight roll. And leave it to cool down. Then repeat with the other crepes and filling.
Slice the roll crosswise into portions.
