Cooking
Boil an egg hard boiled. Boil the carrots and potatoes "in uniform". Cool everything in cold water.
Onions cleaned, cut is not very finely. To eliminate the bitterness of the onion put in bowl, add vinegar, and pour boiling water for 15 min. Drain the water, rinse the onion with cold water.
Potatoes and carrots to peel. To cut cubes and put in bowl. Add the onion. Pour the vegetable oil and soy sauce. Mix well.
Take the fish (sea bass, cod, Pollock) - hot smoked, oven baked, or boiled. Fish disassembled into pieces, carefully removing the bones. Add mayonnaise and mix gently.
Gently combine the fish with the vegetables at the last moment add the chopped tomato. To serve, garnish the salad with egg.
PS. Tomato can be replaced with cucumber, fresh or salt.
