Mini-rolls with meat
I want to share with you a new recipe. Very good rolls, or what can also be called as mini meat pies. Suitable to work as a snack at home.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

First, I boiled potatoes and made mashed potatoes. Minced salt and pepper to taste, and mix with the finely chopped onions. Carrots rubbed on a small grater. The water boiled and cooled to room temperature.
