Stuffed Moldovan
The site has a lot of recipes for stuffed cabbage... But this is, like, no.. of Course, all of the same type, but I do a little differently. The recipe is my grandmother's cabbage rolls from sour cabbage

Ingredients

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Figure

    1.5 cup

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Pork cut into small cubes and fry in hot oil.

When the meat is browned, add the finely chopped onions and carrots (grated on a grater). Stir fry for another 5 minutes and add tomato (I'm making mine, here is his add :-)).. then stew a few more minutes

Wash rice in several waters, add meat AND sauté 5 TABLESPOONS of sour CREAM.

Cabbage disassembled on the leaves. Cut. A piece of leaf, put 1 teaspoon of stuffing and wrap the basket

Fold the cabbage rolls in a pot, pour boiling water and cook on low heat for 1 hour 20 minutes.
