His Majesty pepper
Peppers stuffed with chicken and mushrooms, oven baked in a cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • The chicken legs

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    4 cup

Blanshirovat pepper for 5 minutes.

Fry the mushrooms with onion and one pepper.

Five minutes before ready add the sour cream - 2 tbsp, salt and pepper, mix well and simmer for a few minutes.

In a separate pan fry the chicken with soy sauce, until it becomes bright.

Mix the mushrooms with chicken (chicken juice).

Take the juice from the chicken and add the remaining sour cream. Stuff peppers and put on baking tray, cover with the sauce.

Cook about 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 deg. If someone does not like raw peppers, you can bake a little longer.
