Cooking
For the dough take the yeast SAF-Moment.
I kneaded the dough using the bread machine. In a bucket, pour warm milk, add the sifted flour, sour cream, vinegar, dry yeast "SAF-Moment", honey, salt, sugar, egg.
The bucket is placed in the bread machine, include the mode of kneading and giving the dough to increase in volume.
While the dough rises, prepare the filling. Finely chop the spinach (suitable for both fresh and frozen) and mix with cottage cheese, grated cheese and raw eggs.
The dough came, start with making the pie. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one part into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm and put on parchment paper, greased. Paper use in order to make it easier to move the finished product into the baking dish
On the dough spread the filling, as shown in the photo.
Cover the filling with a second dough circle and fix the middle of the Cup. The edges of the cake crush with a fork so that during baking do not open. Cut the dough as shown in photo and wrenched every bit stuffed up.
Now take the parchment paper and transfer cake to a baking dish with a diameter of 30 cm, Grease with beaten egg, sprinkle the middle with sesame seeds and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the pie in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until Golden brown. Cook, enjoy and Bon appetit!
